Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Visiting Card CRM account and all associated data from our servers.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your contacts, collections, notes, reminders, and uploaded images will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in two ways:
OPTION 1
Delete from the App (Fastest)
If you still have the Visiting Card CRM app installed, you can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the Visiting Card CRM app
- Tap More in the bottom navigation bar
- Scroll down and tap Delete account
- Read the confirmation dialog and tap Delete account
- Wait for the confirmation message — your account and all data will be deleted immediately
OPTION 2
Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have the app installed, or if you prefer to make the request in writing, send an email from the Google account associated with your Visiting Card CRM account to:

Include the email address you used to sign up. We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
You can also call us at +91 7010023283 for urgent deletion requests.
What Data Will Be Deleted
✓ Permanently deleted:
- Your user profile and account credentials
- All contacts you have created or imported
- All collections and folders
- All activity history — including calls logged, WhatsApp opens, follow-up notes, and reminders
- All business card images and screenshots stored in our servers
- All Google Contacts sync metadata
- All analytics data tied to your account
What Data Is NOT Deleted
These remain in your control:
- Google Contacts: Any contacts you synced to your Google Contacts account remain in your Google account. Visiting Card CRM does not have permission to delete Google Contacts when you delete your Visiting Card CRM account. To remove those, please manage them directly in Google Contacts.
- Data cached on your device: Any cached images or preferences stored locally by your phone's operating system.
Processing Time
In-app deletion: Immediate — your data is deleted the moment you confirm.
Email deletion requests: We will process your request within 7 business days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
